This transaction, arranged by Caisse d’Epargne CEPAC and La Banque Postale, will enable four of these power stations to benefit from corporate power purchase agreements (cPPAs) signed with two major companies, including Data4, which has agreed to purchase the electricity generated by three of them.
De Gaulle Fleurance Avocats Notaires, which was involved both in drafting the financing documentation and realizing the legal due diligence of the power plants, advised the lending banks on this transaction (Jonathan Souffir, partner, Claire Haas, senior counsel, Inès Madi, Brieux Le Fur, Pierre Bouijoux, lawyers, and Béatrice Boisnier, legal expert).
« We are proud to have worked with Caisse d’Epargne CEPAC and La Banque Postale on this refinancing deal for Rubis Photosol. It is proof of the renewed confidence of these two institutions and of Rubis Photosol, which we advised for the setting up of the financing of this portfolio in 2020 », explains Jonathan Souffir, partner at De Gaulle Fleurance.
