Andera Infra is an investor in high-growth green infrastructure in the energy transition sectors (renewable energy production, mobility and green data centres) in Europe.
In 2022, Kyotherm, a major player in the field of renewable heat and energy efficiency, raised €45 million from Andera Partners and its historical investors in order to accelerate its development.
Infravia, via its €5 billion InfraVia V Invest fund, becomes the majority shareholder in Kyotherm.
Following this transaction, Andera will keep a stake in Kyotherm’s capital, as Bpifrance and Noria will leave the company.
InfraVia plans to inject more than €300 million in equity over time to support and accelerate the financing of Kyotherm’s projects.
For this opération, Andera Partners was assisted by Sylvie Perrin, Julie Cornély, Frédéric Paquet et Anne Kuhanathan, attorneys at De Gaulle Fleurance.
“We are delighted to have supported Andera in this transaction, which maintains Andera’s position as one of Kyotherm’s historic investors and enables Kyotherm to strengthen its capacity to develop sustainable and innovative renewable heat solutions”’ emphasises Sylvie Perrin, Partner at De Gaulle Fleurance.
