Clara Zerbib specializes in financial law, particularly in the FinTech sector.
She advises French and international companies on regulatory compliance concerning crypto-asset services, token issuances, investment services, payment services, and the issuance and distribution of electronic money. Clara also represents clients in regulatory proceedings before the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) and the Prudential Supervisory and Resolution Authority (ACPR).
She has also developed expertise in negotiating and drafting complex contracts, particularly regarding intellectual property, personal data protection, and consumer protection issues.
