Delphine Pincemaille specializes in energy law and public law. She handles matters related to the connection, network access, and market access for renewable energy producers, electricity storage operators, and consumers.
Before joining De Gaulle Fleurance, she spent 15 years at RTE – Réseau de Transport d’Électricité, working as a legal specialist in environmental, urban planning, and energy law for nine years. She later served as a Contractual and Technical Expert in the Network Connection and Access Department and as Flexibility Coordinator in the Market Department.
Delphine holds a Doctorate in Public Law, having written a thesis titled “European Constitutional Law and Constituent Power.” She has also taught administrative law, advanced administrative law, and local government law.
