Julie Bader

Julie supports clients in their various projects involving the use of innovative technologies. Julie works in French and in English. Her expertise covers the following areas in particular:

• Cryptoactives and FinTech: Julie supports leading players in the crypto market in France, in the EU and internationally in obtaining compulsory registration and optional authorization as Digital Assets Service Provider (DASP) from the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) in France, as well as in the transition to the MiCA Regulation with the registration of Crypto-Assets Services Providers (CASP). Julie also assists with projects to set up investment firms and electronic money institutions, as well as obtaining Pilot Regime authorizations from the Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel et de Résolution (ACPR).
• Digital and Data: Julie has developed expertise in drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts in the digital and IT fields. Julie supports clients with data protection issues in all kinds of forms such as audit procedures, drafting GDPR documentation, negotiating contracts, assisting with data protection impact assessments, analyzing the risks of processing sensitive personal data.

Julie is accredited by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) as a Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E) and hold the Europrivacy certificate.
