Her advisory work primarily involves mergers and acquisitions and the execution of complex projects, including legal structuring, contract negotiation and drafting, and regulatory compliance management.
With experience in Anglo-Saxon law firms, consulting firms, and international organizations in France and Africa, Lynda also served on the panel of experts for contract negotiation techniques in the extractive energy sector for the African Union Executive Agency.
