Sophie André advises and assists French and international clients in the areas of commercial law, information technology law and intellectual property law (copyright, trademarks, domain names).
Sophie’s practice focuses on commercial litigation (restrictive competition practices, deceptive and unfair commercial practices, unfair competition and parasitism), information technology litigation and intellectual property litigation (liability of technical intermediaries, trademark infringement). Sophie also advises on contractual matters, negotiation and drafting.
